What Is The ASL Builders Phuket Small Building Works Division?
The Small Building Works Division was formed recently as a sub branch of ASL Management Contracting. Headed by the newest member of the team, Daniel Ashburn, the Small Building Works Division covers all projects up to and around 20m Baht, in the Phuket region. ASL Builders Phuket offers quality and experienced management contracting for all building works including retail, leisure, offices, condos and villas.
The main division of ASL Management Contracting originated in Bangkok and was founded by Huw Butler in 2003. Since conception, ASL Management Contracting has seen significant growth over the past two decades and has continuously maintained our high professional management standards in the construction sector of Thailand.
It’s our continued aim at ASL Builders Phuket to exceed our clients expectations, aspirations and goals with our approach to construction, our expertise, quality control and our passion to do things correctly.

Head Of The ASL Builders Phuket, Daniel Ashburn
Daniel is as comfortable on a construction site as he is in the boardroom. Having many years of first-hand experience in the UK building trade, combined with over a decade of experience in Thailand running and managing large luxury projects he has had access to a long line of craftsmen and entrepreneurs who taught him the value of hard work and imbued him with the sense that it isn’t enough to merely perform a craft trade, but to strive to do it better than anyone else.
Dan officially got his start in construction in the UK at the age of 15 being and worked his way up to become a self-employed plasterer & tiling tradesman where he learned the importance of “measure twice, cut once” and started honing his skill as a perfectionist. In all of the years since, working through Thailand on numerous projects, his attention-to-detail and commitment to owner & customer satisfaction have been integral to his success to date.
